Return Policy
Purchased items are determined un-returnable if worn out, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Crack Artists Clothing, you may do so within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to send the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Crack Artists address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem and your contact info. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. Or just insert our return form with your shipment. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Crack Artists purchase. *For questions please email returns@crackartist.com |
